"I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and...

"Bueno"

"I lost my ghd hair straightener in this hotel, I’m sure someone has stolen it, the staff are not helping at all. And the gym is not hotel’s gym, the hotel is in the shopping centre, they are sharing the one in the shopping centre, many people and smelly. Breakfast restaurant does not has coffee machine, very weired, worst travelling experience ever."

"Amazing staff very friendly staff and clean and great location"

"Generally, the hotel is good and quite nice. Stayed here for a few days. The main challenge was locating the hotel itself. As someone coming from the west, I am used to hotels being a standalone building. This hotel occupies many floors in a high-rise building and as such I struggled to locate it on the first night plus the language barrier. But the staff was quite helpful and tried to make it us feel better ."

"Excellent location. Couple of minutes walk to the main metro line with a big shopping mall across the street. Breakfast was amazing - plenty of selection to suit everyone's taste. Service was excellent. The pillows were so comfortable that we bought a couple to bring home! Would definitely stay here again."

"Toni and Rain were just so helpful. I had the best advise and service form both of these amazing people. Toni is the best front desk manager I have ever dealt with. He treats his guests like they are his family."

"มีรถรับส่งช่วงงาน Canton fair ห้องสะอาด อยู่ไกล้รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน ไกล้ห้างและร้านค้าร้านแาหาร สะดวกมาก ยกเว้นห้องน้ำที่ดีไซแปลกๆ"
