"Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%"

Breakfast are with quite variety choices but tastes are somewaht conditional to each individual."
"Great staff and easy to get to the metro or use DiDi if needed. The property is dated but is clean so no issues. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel with a good mixture of different options of traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Bistro and a NYC style deli."
"Thanks for another great stay. We stayed in #5831, which is a wonderful room. However, the toilet seems to have some problems. Also, the TV is blocking a magnificent view of Shanghai. I'm not sure where it could be moved to, but its current position is not great with regards to viewing the scenery. "
