Terrible wifi requires a Chinese phone number to sign in (International Hotel?). An attendant had to come up to the room to use his local cell phone to help us sign in to wifi which ended up to be very weak anyway. It was frustrating. The executive lounge I paid extra for was closed for "renovation". The room ordered was non-smoking but it smelled with smoke. The lobby check-in staff did not speak English.

A bit disappointed but fairly ok! First the hotel is looking nice from the outside. Taxi from the airport took 15 mins. Not a bad deal. And 15 min walk to the subway is not to bad either. I got a room supposed to be non smoking. But inside it smelled like the smoked were washed away or the neighbor was smoking. The staff spoke fairly to no english so I had trouble getting my questions answered. And make sure to bring You a swimcap for Your head since Its mandatory to have one to swim in the pool. Decent hotel, And would stay here again if I got another room.

ホテル自体は非常に綺麗です。 しかし、ホテル周辺には現地商店と現地スーパーしかなくちょっと不便な立地です。 浦東空港に近いということだけがメリットかもしれません。 小規模モールが、徒歩15分ぐらいの場所にあらりますが期待感は薄いです。（店舗数僅か） ホテル内に自動両替機とATM（中国平安銀行）があります。

中国らしいゴージャスなホテルです。周りに観光施設はないし、駅から遠い。ローカル食堂が並んでる、スーパーマーケットが近くにある、空港までのシャトルバスが無料、なので帰国の前日に泊まるには良いなと思いました。
