I honestly will recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very helpful with the language barrier we manage to use google translate and so did the staff breakfast was delicious, and our room had the river view and we can see the Oriental Pearl tower. Beautiful sunrise from our room. It’s located right across the river where you can walk to the Bund. We also walk to the local restaurants and other shops near by. I will stay here again. Thank you staff for your smiling face and always helpful when we needed it. Also the security are very helpful . It’s very secure there is a guard on the first floor and you have to use your key to get in the elevator. Thank you again💞

Excellent location for the Bund, for the tourist with only a couple of days this places you in the center of it all. The property provides the essentials for a comfortable stay and security, good breakfast. The lobby bar is not really a bar that I prefer for a proper cocktail or beer/wine. I found for my couples day in the area, I wanted to get off the street and crowds for a drink and seat back and relax but generally I didn't find that in the area.

Located right on the Bund, across from Pudong. Very clean & modern room. Queen'-sized bed was super comfortable. Bathroom & shower were modern & clean as well. The hotel is located in an old skyscraper surrounded by a giant construction site. The only way to get proper view and reduce noise is to go out to the promenade (which is really crowded). The staff doesn't speak English, the security system in the hotel is much better than the guest service.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Bund, truly a "golden transfer station" for your trip to Shanghai! Right downstairs is the ferry terminal, and it takes only 5 minutes on foot to reach the Bund. Be aware of booking a room with 3 twin beds. The room I was assigned to had a small window which was blocked completely. No natural sunlight in the room. Almost felt like a prison cell especially with 3 people and for 4 nights. Also for 3 people there was no room to put any of our luggage and clothes. I confronted the front staff and they advised they can not move to another room with a window as it is not fair for the next guest. So it’s ok for them but not me does not make sense at all! Also, there is no parking or hotel entrance. You get dropped off on the street pull your suitcases up 2 2-3 steps and need to show your reservation to security and they send you to the 7th floor. Highly wouldn’t recommend.
