The hotel locates conveniently just a short walk from the Nanjing perdestrian street. It is clean, with good amenities and excellent staff. They are friendly and went out of their way to help me whenever I had a question or request. Will return the next time I visit Shanghai!

Neat, superbly located and brilliant staff

Basic, but neat and comfortable hotel just off Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Alice and Yosh at reception were absolutely brilliant and looked after me day and night. The coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch. A great budget option close to all the major attractions in wonderful Shanghai.

The hotel is in a very good location, very convenient and clean too. The staffs are very friendly and the service is great. The hotel has washing machines and the staffs also helped my family with the laundry, saving us time while we were out sightseeing. We really appreciated the service.

Just 10 minutes walk to the shopping street. The room was ok for 1-2 nights. It was hard to find that it was no sign of the hotel at street level as it was hidden inside a building with elevator. Had to call them to come and find me at the street.

Very clean and friendly service at the front desk. Let us order packages to the hotel and do laundry for free. Location is also very convenient as it is situated between many hot spots of Shanghai (bund, nanjing road etc). I would definitely recommend !

Very comfortable place to stay. Near the attractions, restaurant, street food, shops. There's a coffee machine, ice cubes at the lobby. 2 big washing machine and a dryer. 2 complimentary bottled water daily, and daily room cleaning. Comfy bed and good AC. Very quiet location. The hotel lobby is located at the 3rd floor. Staff are very hospitable and very helpful. Wifi is really good, but I rarely use it because I have a great data plan with China mobile that can access the internet outside of Mainland. Lots of good local shops outside the hotel. There's a really good pancake shop nearby. Don't miss it.
