Some staff could speak English most did not. The hotel is very good but their location is remote, Need your own transport. No metro nearby. Need a taxi to be taken to the nearest subway. It takes well over 70 minutes with changing several subway trains to get to the city and places to visit. No real choice of places to dine out near the hotel. I would not recommend it. Unless Disneyland is your only desire to visit.

The curtains and the carpets were dirty! The room smelled like a wet dog. It's located in the middle of nowhere and the local taxi companies could not locate this location. They do not the main line after calling them to verify their address or ask follow up questions. They advertise it as a resort but it is not one at all. The elevator doesn't work as advertised. They are not bilingual and refuse to use translation apps. The staff is rude and their attitude is nasty! Pack a portable iron because this location does not provide one. They do provide free washer/dryer and shuttle to Disney for free. Breakfast cost $93 per person. The dining area closes early and the staff is unable to share nearby restaurants and stores for those checking in after 8p.
