"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable"

"2 beds in the room were very small, definitely not queen size."

"nice i"

"Great staff and clean room"

"Large comfortable rooms, quiet, good breakfast and we'll maintained property."

"I have to start by saying the staff was all amazingly kind, helpful, and joyous. The breakfast was great. Well stocked, with a great selection. The pool is out of commission right now for renovations (which I knew from previous reviews before booking) and the building is nice. Would stay again, esp after it finishes its refresh. "clean, consistent stay in Muncie. The attached bar and restaurant are great."

"The hotel is under renovation. There’s furniture in the halls, dirty halls with debris, and just overall chaos. Loud party in lobby with over 50 people after 10p, many drunk."

"Good breakfast and friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very clean. I do have to make a suggestion of deep cleaning the sofas in the king-size rooms. Stains are very visible"

"We stay here because of the proximity to the football stadium and tailgate fields. It's always too warm and you can't get the a/c to cool it off. It turns off after a minute or two."

"Front desk staff made check in easy and she was so nice. Overall, the stay was wonderful."

"Raj was helpful at the front desk and available when needed. We also enjoyed watching the turtle in the lobby."

"Just a cozy, wonderful experience overall. Don’t pass up the free breakfast if you stay there on the weekend!"

"Better ventilation would be nice"

"We truly enjoyed our stay! The General Manager, Mr. Anderson and his staff were the best!!! Clean rooms, great services, and friendly! Anytime we needed assistance they were extremely helpful and supportive. We recommend everyone stay here. It’s the best hotel in Anderson, Indiana!!!"
