"Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."

"Met all our needs."

"Conveniently located"

"it was a very smelly room ...dust and hair everywhere"

"Roaches in the room and on the filtered water next to the ice. Filthy carpeting in the hallways. Maybe it was a neighboring property, but a trash company was emptying containers into a truck at 4:30 in the morning. I walked by the vaccant desk a few times and there was a "back in 5 minutes" sign asking people to call.... The "breakfast" area in the morning had an empty coffee pot at 7:30, and 4 pieces of bread and a bagel and some cerial. After seeing the roaches I decided to pass on eating the...

"Everything about this hotel was right on point !!!"

"Hotel is spotless and obviously new! Rooms are nice and comfy. The only issue we had was the people above us had a dog that was thumping on the floor until midnight and started again at 6 in the morning! Nothing the hotel could do about it but two nights of that was not ideal. We already booked the hotel for our trip next month so still a great find!"

"The property and room were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice surprise with so many options to chose from."

"Amazing stay only complaint is the beds were rock hard and the house keeping was super noisy in the mornings. Other then that it was a great stay"

"PERFECT location should the Historic District be of interest...Recommend Solana Bagel & Coffee Shop within the premises...Arthur's Market on Ferry St., Stella's Pasta Bar and Bistro on Union St... Pleasant and responsive staff...Recommend..."

"Felt safe. The place was clean. As advertised."

Staff were all friendly, we really appreciated the coffee and ice water in the lobby. There was a cozy fireplace and chair set up in the lobby. They had gluten free options available at breakfast, which was a surprise for us, my daughter...

"Good location"

"A gorgeous historic home and beautiful setting on the river — so much more of a unique experience here than staying in Saratoga if you have a car. Pam and John are gracious and lovely hosts!"
