"Bugs in the room. Around the bathtub and sink. Also on the wall where the main door is located. Ended up not staying. Staff was very indifferent and didn’t even say “we’re sorry”. Would not work with Expedia to give us a refund. You get what you pay for."

"The shower caulking was gross- room 347. It was a quick overnight to catch a flight so not much of a stay-BUT…. The bed is very springy and uncomfortable. To feel springs in my side was annoying! Pillows were squishy but then flattened out! Overall, Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel chain at all!! 😏"

"Had a very nice stay. Breakfast was great. shower head and mattress needed upgrading."

"It’s a new hotel which is nice. Food at the bar was awful. I ordered the cheese fries and a chicken Caesar salad. Basic but done poorly. Wanted coffee in the morning when I woke up. No coffee cups in the room. Also, elevator floor was filthy."

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast with large dining room. Very nice"

"wonderful trip. staff was very accommodating for our whole group who stayed in troy to see a lovely show."

"Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."

"The property and room were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice surprise with so many options to chose from."

"This property has a delicious breakfast buffet as well as a hot tub and pool that we thoroughly enjoyed."

"Everything"

"Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We accidentally left our Kindle in the room at check out. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk. The front desk emailed me to let me know it was there. Extremely pleased to have it returned. Will stay at this hotel again."
