Based on the reviews I had read, I expected the property to be very clean and everything to be in excellent condition. The hallway and room smelled old and dirty. The doors (outside doors, room doors and bathroom doors) were dented, with chipped old paint, and didn’t fit their frames properly. I checked the beds for bedbugs, which I always do upon arrival, and although I did not identify bedbugs, the mattress pad and sheet were stained. The shower fixture was not in good condition —the handle was hard to move. My guess is the place has changed owners recently. We will not return.

The room needs some attention. There is an odor in the room that smells like dirty feet when you walk in. The bathroom fan did not work and the overall room could use a good deep clean. The cabinet that holds the refrigerator is damaged and should be replaced.

The place is great. The room and bathroom were clean and roomy. Nice hot shower this morning. Easy check in. Nice staff. Breakfast was good this morning. What you expect, waffles, yogurt and biscuits with gravy. If you need better, get a $200 a night place

Room was nice sized, 2 rough towels, hand towels and wash cloths were all that were provided, tub was dirty, heating unit very loud, bed had plastic mattress pad that crackled when on it, mattress very comfortable and hot tub was nice

Overall I had a decent stay. There was a gross stain on the bathroom wall that could have been blood? Idk. There was a black stain on the wall by the bathroom mirror. I had someone outside my window around 10pm sounding like they were arguing on the phone. There was a comfy bed and a TV though so that's good.

Place is falling apart
The place is very concerning and needs an overhaul. The hot tub was not working properly and im sure was mentioned before and not fixed. There were patches in the ceiking and a huge crack in it which concerned me as i was on the first floor. There were even stains on the lampshades. Not sure how that happens. Tv channels poor selection. Food meh. Chips and stains on the wall too. Room doors look beat up and key cards work half a$$

Hotel is horrible. Sheets and chairs had stains on them. Old food in the fridge from previous guests. Bathtub was dirty. Gap between bottom of door and floor. Pool area was disgusting. Pool and hot tub had so much chlorine build up on it and hot tub water was gross. Worst hotel we have ever been to.

Find a different place not worth it!
First of all had to pick this place because they were pet friendly. No where on the site does it say they charge extra (20.00 per dog) so 40.00 extra dollars which. Is insane! The website should have something to say you have dogs so they know and then let us know the charge: we would have never stayed. Our room smelled awful! The bathroom was very outdated and wouldn’t use the bath or shower. This place needs an update

Quick, overnight stay on our way home to Michigan from Gulf Shores, AL. It was a quick, easy check in by a nice guy at the desk. Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfy. Quiet night, and good, quick breakfast in the morning. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, etc. No complaints.
