"Hotel could use a face lift. Hot water only worked fully in the morning. Room was clean. Some of the gym machines didn't work but it was clean. Pool was clean. The best part was the friendly front desk clerk and the hard working and very helpful breakfast attendant. We would come back for the service. ..."

"Booked for a short overnight stay on a long drive. The rooms we got were dirty - lots of dust everywhere and in drawers, chairs were caked in mud. No elevator. Breakfast was minimal. But the staff tried to be helpful and came up to show us other rooms (which were also dirty) to move into."
