"The property is beautiful and in a great location. The room was well appointed, however we had air conditioning issues for the first day and a half. The front desk was very curt when asking for recommendations, directions, and/or just soliciting assistance in Seville. Upon arrival we asked where to grab breakfast, she told us to go out the front door and turn right or left. This continued throughout our stay. The service just didn't match the beautiful hotel and was a disappointment to us."
"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The comfort and service were excellent. The location was quiet but close to transport for longer trips and easy to walk to the main tourist sites in the centre. More shade would help sround the pool on hot days. The supermarket across the road and park next door are bonuses. We are very happy to recommend.Sevilla Centre."
"centrally located. close to restaurants and site-seeing. Reconsider booking another hotel as rooms are small and hotel does not even provide free drinkable water"
"La habitación es pequeñita pero yo solo iba a dormir así que no me afectó en nada, lo único que yo cambiaría es el colchón. Las personas de la recepción son una maravilla, Rocio y su compañero se portaron de maravilla, me dieron recomendaciones, se me olvidó mi Kindle y me lo mandaron a mi siguiente destino. No tengo palabras para agradecerles. La ubicación excelente también."
"A good hotel just 10 mins walk from Seville Santa Justa Train Station. Staff is friendly and attentive. Room is clean and tidy. Good breakfast choices. "
