"The hotel is in very good condition; I recommend it 100%."

"We had a great time staying here! To my surprise, there was a Nespresso Vertuo machine, which I’d been wanting to try for ages. What a lovely bonus — I finally got to try it!"

"Very clean and neat room for a few nights stay and convenience to a lot of places within walking distance."

"Nice room Quiet clean close to the beach. Thank you ."

"While the rooms are on the smaller side, the shower is absolutely amazing! What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff—they consistently go above and beyond. After my truck was hit in the parking lot and the driver left, the hotel team immediately notified the front desk. When I returned from a walk and noticed the damage, I asked if they had security footage. The owner personally emailed me the camera footage right away so I could file a insurance report. Just be aware that the parking lot is...

"A wonderful little gem in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Steps from the beach, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My room was beyond comfortable, and the staff was courteous and kind. Franciscan Inn offers a breakfast, 24-hour, coffee, and snacks! This will be my new go to for my annual visits to beautiful Santa Barbara."

"The property reached out to try and solve some of the issues in my last review. The property is clean. The AC is great."

"I stayed two nights, I made two separate reservations through Expedia, somehow that created a need for me to move from one room to another after the first night, except the hotel forgot to tell me u til they locked me out of my room. First room had a king. The staff said I had reserved a queen, so I had to commute back to the hotel the one day I am in Santa Barbara and pick up my stuff and move it to another room. Get back to the room to move. I had been locked out??? The whole thing was absurd....

"Decent spot, near a lot of places. Not very close to Downtown but acceptable."

"Room was right next to the freeway and noisy. Wasn’t able to sleep well."
