Everything was excellent here. The location is walking distance to the beach and state street. I was able to walk to almost everywhere I wanted to go. Parking was great, and Tesla chargers were ample. They had some nice patio spaces, and I ate lunch on the terrace one day (sadly raining, but I could have spent more time reading up there). The communication was easy and great. The kitchenette amenities were great too. Such a cute spot, I would definitely come back. I’ve already been telling my family and friends they should come to SB and stay here.

We had room #3 - very clean and the property has some beautiful common areas. However our room had no windows, just a skylight. The mattress is very hard as well so if you like a softer mattress this is going to be uncomfortable for you.

Casa De La Vina is such a wonderful establishment! Our accommodations exceeded our expectations! Casa De La Vina is located conveniently near the heart of State Street (less than a 5 min walk), but enough of a way off to have peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Our accommodations were clean, very comfortable, and modern with many amenities to make our stay feel like we were at home! Check-in was soo easy and parking was conveniently located next to our room! The staff communicated with us by phone and were very friendly and accommodating.. they made sure to do all they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this to anyone looking to have a fabulous weekend getaway! It was worth every penny! Thank you so much for this great experience!
