"Everything was perfect! The room, the food, the bar, the staff etc. The only thing is that since it’s winter over there it was very windy and kinda cold during the evening/ night. The room services were great! They’re up very early everyday to come clean your room, a bit too much but its part of the service and it’s remarkable to see them working. "

"Loved that the villa was homely but luxurious, having its own personal pool in the back yard. The villa had all the requirements of a home and the washer/dryer was very useful. The location is great. Walkable to a handful of restaurants - Roots Spirit, Happy Rajah, Medium Rare Steakhouse and Jiva Coffee - All recommended. "I really liked this adults only hotel. Compared to the hotel we came from in Grand Baie, this was a nice and relaxing change. Without kids running around, it made for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Everything was lovely from our room to the grounds to the available water activities. However, with the lack of children, the food options were limited. Sometimes I just wanted a simple pizza or some ice cream, but that wasn’t available at dinner. Also, the nighttime entertainment was less touristy...

"Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."
