Great location, Hotel is very nice, amazing location walking distance to the restaurants, local shops, parking available for extra cost, beach chairs and umbrellas $ costs.. train station to Cinque Terre is 10 minutes walk from the Hotel, and very easy to find.

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean room and quiet. Enjoyed being able to look out our window and see the beach! Great sunset view! Was so nice to have the delicious breakfast buffet with so many choices. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted fresh and was a definite plus for staying here! Shopping and restaurants within walking distance and the beach right across the street! Would highly recommend staying here!

Not clear in the booking that courtyard view was without balcony. Basically a window you could open and look at the concrete emergency platform. Internet was lousy. Great breakfast for Italian standards. Pool area worked well. Unclear that beach access was not included.

The location was perfect. Not in a crowded city but in a charming smaller town. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the train station and easy flat road to walk with luggage. Staff was kind, room was clean and quiet, food at dinner was excellent. A two minute walk to fabulous restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. It was an older property with old world charm. We highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have numerous dining options, which was a positive aspect of my experience. However, I believe the property is in need of significant renovations, particularly in the area of plumbing. On a more positive note, the staff members were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout my stay.

Great location, with a great restaurant on site. Rooms are clean with great bathrooms, but perhaps a bit on the small side. Rooftop pool was an unexpected treat to cool off from the beach days.

Beautiful location and staff were very friendly. Triple room I ordered was unilaterally changed to double by management before we arrived as they only saw 2 people, but we had three so needed a triple room . They ended up charging more than I paid upfront which was fine but we had to move rooms after first night. I had been in communication with them before we arrived so wish they would’ve just asked and then all would have been fine when we arrived.

Old world charm with modern comfort

The hotel is an oasis of old world charm, spotlessly clean, with friendly staff, comfortable room, and excellent breakfast. I'm sorry I didn't get to enjoy the pool because it was a rainy day. Would definitley stay again. Excellent walkalble location.

My wife and I have travelled quite a bit . I base my expectations on what we pay For what we paid I expected better Location was great It’s in need of a renovation Cleanliness was quite good Food at breakfast was acceptable I had to upgrade to a room with a balcony Our 1st room with no balcony was dark, not nice. Overall an ok experience but I would stay elsewhere next time

Nice hotel but poor room

The hotel was very nice. Our room was 101 and although it was comfortable and clean, the constant noise of water from toilets flushing day and night. We asked to change room on the 1st but were told the hotel was full. The room description was “courtyard view” which was not was as described

Pool auf dem Dach war eine schöne u coole Sache. Lage war top. Personal sehr freundlich und man kann sogar waschen. Wer ein Zimmer nach vorne raus hat, guckt auf das Meer. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Sehr saubere, jedoch kleine Zimmer. Für eine Nacht absolut i.o. Jedoch sind die Preise Ende Juni frech. Für über CHF 240 dürfte es mind. normal grosse Tücher im Bad geben (gibt nur kleine) und ein mehr schlecht als rechter Kaffee aus dem Automaten am Morgenbuffet ist in einem 4-Sterne Hotel in Italien schon eher speziell. Kurzfazit: 1-2 Nächte in der Nebensaison bei anständigen Preisen würden evtl. wir wieder buchen.
