"Apartment is located in a very good location, in the middle of shopping area and close to the metro station. Rooms are a little bit small but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. "

The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic."

"We allegedly had a balcony view but that was not the case, it was a dark corner apartment at best with little to no windows on a converted floor in a building. The location was good, walking distance to many places we wanted to go. The amenities for an apartment were better than others because it included a washer/dryer that we took full advantage of. The bed was a bit stiff and smaller than an American queen which was not so restful for my partner that is 6’ 4”. I have mixed feelings on whether...

"The apartment is spacious, super sunny, clean and well located. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Air conditioning was perfect. Kitchen is perfect for a family. There are small supermarkets and nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, mostly in the direction to Retiro Park. Loved our stay and would definitely comeback!"

"Nice place ,nicely styled apartment only a short walk to two different metro line, with 2 lines each so you can get about very easily the only reason that i have given this apartment 4 and not 5 stars is that it doesn't have air conditioning and it was very hot when i visited Madrid they did provide a large fan not its not the same as ac and the whole time i was there i didn't sleep very well as i was too hot all the time"
