In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."

So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me.
