"Such a great hotel for long stay! Front desk staff were lovely and helpful! Housekeeping was amazing and made sure that my room was clean and was restocked with amenities. Hotel itself is surrounded by many tasty food spots and many metro/bus stations! When I come back to Seoul, I’ll make sure to stay in the same hotel for long stay!"

"Very friendly staff, good location"

"Unclean, unhygienic and unkept rooms, they didn’t even change or clean the room even after i asked to change my room. Worst toilet."
