Clean room, excellent water pressure, friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions via app, location is near Myeongdong. However we returned to one particular Korean BBQ restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. Laundry in the basement gave clear instructions on how to operate macines and how to pay.

Overall the stay was good, hotel room was clean and comfy. Location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room temperature can’t be adjusted independently as it’s centrally controlled, some night got quite warm for us that we needed an additional electric fan. Also, some days we got bath towels that had very frayed edges, can tell that they’ve gone through wear & tear.

"No A/C? The wall unit is only for looks in October. It was hot in the room, and I was sweating. Called the front desk to complain and they turned it on for me on their end. "Been to 66 countries, this was one of the worst breakfast . There was hot water issues for 2 days..talked to the manager for some type of compensation to no avail.
