"Very nice staff. The staff make up for the other areas in the hotel. For the price can’t beat it. Hotel does need maintenance with new floors but then again for the price it’s understandable now with that being said it’s not like the floors are horrible and there falling apart but they do either need a deep cleaning or possible new ones. Overall 7.4/10 hotel still good."

"Overall GREAT hotel if you go with one of the suits. Bed was king size, deep/big tub in bathroom (im 6'2 or 74in). The area didnt seem to be good for visitors due to everything looking like residential homes. This is not the place to stay if you want to party/club/drink all night. However, romantic get away.... YES!"

"The hygiene in the washroom was lacking but apart from that everything else was great, 24hour laundry was right round the corner, and staff tried to help with other little things. The area has a metro right in front of it"

"I have checked room and washroom door didn't close well. I told to staff and he show other room and changed room. I liked the new room, every day clean room and new towels. Location was great. Close Dabsimni staion and from the staion i can travel in Seoul easy. Plus next the hotel enterance there was convenience store. I loved it!!"

"All Staffs are super friendly.24hours convenience store are a minute away.Many restaurants near hotel.some of them are open 24 hours. Very close to all transportation.I was happy to stay at this hotel.Thank you"
