It was convenient because there was a currency exchange machine, and I used it conveniently because I could iron my clothes with a service iron. "We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Coex very much. However, there was 1 thing that the hotel needs to improve very much is the manner of the concierge at the drop-off counter. On the evening of Feb 13, our taxi got lost and we asked the guy at the counter inside the lobby (not the outside one) to talk on the phone with the driver, not only didn't he do anything, he yelled at the taxi driver and hung up. He also asked harshly at us why we booked a taxi via an app instead of the ordinary taxi in front of the hotel. It's our business! Very bad manner. He should not be in the position welcoming hotel guests anymore. "
