It was amazing, and all the staff members were so friendly. I will definitely come back to Grand Josun for our next trip to Jeju. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Stayed here on my last night in jeju after I did an early check out of the another hotel I was in for it not being clean. Not sure why I didn’t book the Grand Josun the whole time, would have made my trip a lot better. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I just hooked a standard room and the room size was nice and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Only thing was they charged for a sun-bed on the roof top even in the evening which I thought was a bit strange. And a little nickel and dimey. But besides that would stay again!

The Grand Josun Jeju stands out with its unique architecture, featuring an open atrium that serves as the heart of the hotel. I visited during the Christmas season, and the atrium was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and festive plants, creating a magical atmosphere. Live music performances added to the charm, and each floor offered its own breakout space, providing areas to relax and explore. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and free from any noise disturbances. I especially want to commend the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job in keeping my room spotless every day. Their attention to detail truly made my stay more enjoyable. While the pool isn’t as large as those at some other 5-star hotels in Jeju, it was more than adequate, with warm water that made it perfect for winter use. My only minor complaint would be the corridor leading to my room, which occasionally had an unpleasant smell. This seemed to be related to the ventilation system, as the issue disappeared when it was turned off. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!

Amazing property. We stayed in the Hill Suites and the ocean view room was stunning. Huge room, immaculate and very comfortable. The property is meticulously cared for and us very lux. Had breakfast in both the hotel section and suites and the main hotel is bustling with kids but had an impressive buffet. The suite restaurant served a much more refined sit down breakfast with both western and Korean option. The area around the resort was great to be able to walk around. Would definitely rent a car next time as taxis were cheap but if you like to do things on the fly and find other areas the resort is a little more remotely located. There is a gorgeous golf course on site and a self serve laundry. Which was great to be able to wash and dry a load of laundry after a week. Just go super early or late as the families with kids tend to utilize during the day. If you don’t have kids splurge and stay in the hill suites. Will comeback again. Wonderful property and concierge services were top notch with very good English support.

Had a pleasant stay with my family. Clean room & facilities, tourist attractions, restaurants were all in a nearby distance. Highly recommend for family vacations with kids.
