"I ended up with a sinus infection the day we arrived. After a horrible fever and 24 hours of worrying i would need to end my trip early, i decided to request assistance from the front desk in making an appointment with the local hospital. After not being avle to get a taxi the Vice Manager of the hotel drove me in his personal vehicle and waited 45 minutes when the Dr came out. Amazing service. The hotel was also very clean and food was always incredible. "

"The owner went above and beyond. Had wild flowers on the bed when we arrived and then put a daily local treat in the fridge every day after they came in to clean. She even called a restaurant when we arrived late so that we had somewhere to go eat. Can say enough about this experience on a very small local island. Highly recommend."

"Onsen facility is good. Ingredients and contents for Dinner and Breakfast are considered overprice. There is no lift access which is Inconvenient. Staff did not offer to send the luggage to the room. "

"We had a nice stay at Hana Mana cottage. It's very clean with a big kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't prepare to cook and we didn't manage to rent a car. We didnt buy any foods for dinner and the owner kindly provided ramen, fruits and fresh eggs : ) to us The mattress is very cozy and we had a sound sleep. The garden is nicely managed and we very much like to stay in the same place if we revisit Yokushima! "
