"Heavy condensation in the room, had to change room, similar issue, had to adjust air conditioning to heat setting. Room remained cool with no more condensation on the floor, bed, etc. Key access very difficult, maintenance man tried to fix, still not working properly, disappointed with dodgy card access. Overall still nice with meals, restaurants etc,"

"Excellent place to stay. Clean amenities throughout. Wonderful friendly staff, amazing food. Would certainly stay here again."
