Private pool, quite atmosphere only saw one other person staying here due to the nature of the property. Staff were lovely and room service occurred daily. Breakfast daily was lovely with plenty of options.

We loved the villa so much. Easily one of the best in Legian/Seminyak area. So many great cafes and eateries nearby. Also walkable to Bintang Supermarket. The villa is super spacious, an open kitchen and dining area, indoor shower and bedroom. The private pool comes with waterfall splashes and jacuzzi for 2 pax. Andres was incredible and we truly appreciated his warm personality. Some shortcomings: Room service was a letdown. We ordered Beef Steak on our night which was a complete fail. Ordered chicken wings and pizza on 2nd night which was disappointing. Breakfasts on all 4 days were equally disappointing, although they had a good variety to choose from (which we tried different dishes on all 4 days). Had severe diarrhea after taking their breakfast before catching the flight. There was also endless troops of mosquitoes at the villa (which I reckon wasn’t just the villa’s problem) and had over 15 bites on my legs despite spraying mosquito repellent provided by the villa, plugging on electrical mosquito spray in the room since check in. Regardless of the above disappointments, we will still be happy to place the villa on our top 3 lodging choices in Kuta, Legian and Seminyak areas.

Splendida struttura che inizia a vedere i segni del tempo. Staff impeccabile e super gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità, oltre che molto riservato. Colazione migliorabile. Nel complesso la villa era molto accogliente e spaziosa con bel giardino e piscina siamo stati molto bene.

4 Night Stay

Was a nice stay, quite a lovely place. Love the location. The pool fountain very noisy, we asked for it to be off a lot. Cleanliness not the best. Floor already needed a mop when we first got there, toilet floor needed cleaning, coffee spillage marks all over kitchen floor, table at the outside lounge had coffee marks and all this was there our whole stay. They never wiped the lounge table or mopped. The kitchen table was never cleaned before laying out for brekky, they never replaced coffee pods unless we asked and still forgot. We were glad brekky was included, would never pay. American brekky very small, pancakes with strawberries was strawberry jam and choc sprinkles. Very disappointing food so we never ordered room service. Was ok, could be so much better.

Quite & private villa complex located in Seminyak

The villas are located on a quite street off the main Jalan, plenty of nearby convenience stores, pharmacies, massage, etc. The restaraunt menu is a bit underwhelming but that is okay if you order food from elsewhere and go out a lot. The breakfast is just satisfactory, very limited and plain - you could potentially make special requests? Service from staff is great! Staff always friendly and willing to help with anything. They should be commended for their service.

Nice design, bad service

The villa is nice, nice decor and there are aome nice things like big tubs. But, the service is nowhere nearwhat's expected. The staff are nice and they greet you well, but the food and the villa cleanliness is below expectations. Frogs and worms can get inside the villa toilets or other rooms. I couldn't bear with that. I had to change my accommodation.

Great location but minor issues

The location of this hotel is great. However we found that the sheets had blood stains, the restaurant required advanced bookings of 24 hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner, room service also required booking ahesd of 24 hours. However you can either go for a stroll down the road and find a local restaurant or order takeaway. The private pool was lovely. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Best villa in seminyak busy area

Villa was large, bed was comfy. The jet pool was awesome. Location is excellent and best of all the staffs were amazing especially Riska. She goes all out to make sure we had a good stay and arrange the best bday celebration for my wife. will definitely recommend this hotel and def will return
