Absolutely Brilliant

From the time you arrive to the time you leave the staff are uber attentive. The villas are spacious, clean and the outdoor kitchen lounge and pool are an added bonus. The food served is also great.

Nice Hotel but lacked customer service

Overall the property is quite nice, however, I would not have it as a five star hotel. The area of Seminyak is not the best place to be in Bali and the hotel is a good bit away from where you want to be and all of the roads have no footpaths and is pretty crazy to walk along. Pros: - Villa is lovely with big outdoor space and private pool. - Staff are nice but lack common awareness for guest experience. Cons: - Found mouse droppings all over the Villa. - Area is awkward to walk anywhere to and requires taxi (they offer a shuttle within seninyak but are largely too busy to drop you or can only take you 5 mins down the road). - Food was not great in the restaurant and very much dead. - Went to watch the music in the restaurant on the Sunday (supposed to be playing from 6 - 9) but the musician was gone for a 45 min break (during a 3 hour set) and didn’t get to see him. - Spa is way overpriced in comparison to local spas. - Only had breakfast once during 3 night stay as they don’t serve before 7. They charge 180k for the floating tray. I was hoping to get this waived as I only breakfast once but they were unwilling to do so.

This is our second stay at Villa Air. The property is beautiful and the staff really extend true hospitality. The only negatives would be the heavy smell of the mosquito coils smoke and the bath shower setup isn't very practical, you end up wetting everywhere.

Secluded villa in Seminyak

Lovely peaceful villa with private pool. Comfortable beds and a lot of day beds around the villa for lounging. Staff attentive and friendly at all times. Main entertainment unit is outside so a bit difficult to hear/watch with outside light and environment. Many breakfast options but quality is so-so. Convenient transport into Seminyak. Villas geared towards Japanese tourists.

Unexpected Service

The hotel itself is nice but unfortunately I had an unpleasant stay! First is the tiles they used within the villa, in lounge, kitchen and bathroom, very slippery. Second is the bathroom, when take shower the water splash out and runs from the side down to the floor creates a pond, damped the floor towel, uncomfortable and dangerous. I informed the staff on the risk of injuries and asked if they can do something to reduce the risk but nothing can be done, and unfortunately my wife slipped and injured! Staff were called but didn’t show much care on my wife’s injury and denied it was the hotel liability. I was shocked and disappointed how they reacted. This was the worst experience on hotel service I ever had, very disappointed!

ヴィラがとても広い上にプライバシーも守られていてとても過ごしやすかった。 また、近場であれば希望する場所まで車で運んでくれるサービスはGrabを呼ばなくても済むのでありがたかった。 宿泊費も高くはなく外資系の高額なホテルに泊まるよりずっと良いと感じました。

9月後半にグランドヴィラに３泊しました。施設内全域が竹やパームツリーであしらわれ、バリらしい置物や装飾で飾られているのは見事でした。非常に素晴らしい滞在ができました。期待していた日本人スタッフさんはたまたま日本にご帰国されていましたが、送迎スタッフ、ヴィラホストともに日本語での意思疎通はほぼ問題なし。安くておいしいお店やスパを教えてくれます。スミニャック界隈へは行きのみ無料で車を出してくれます。４ベッドルームに１２人で宿泊しましたが、追加ベッドや追加送迎にも丁寧に対応してくれます。また、朝食は７～１１時までですが前日のターンダウン時にヴィラへ届けられる用紙にチェックを入れるとそのまま朝出てくるという仕組みは斬新でした。アメリカン、メキシカン、和食、インドネシアから選ぶ感じみたいでした。私は二日間、早朝からのアクテビティ参加だったのですが、前日にその旨を伝えるとサンドイッチ、フルーツ、オレンジジュース、ゆでたまご、の入ったお弁当にしてくれます。残念ながらスタッフの人数が足りずスパを利用できませんでしたが、４ハンドマッサージ２時間で４９ＵＳドルと格安でした。また、ホテルを出て徒歩１～２分と至近距離にコンビニが３軒もあり、スナックやビール等の購入はまるで心配ありません。スミニャックの中心から少し離れた静かなところにありますが、夜道は暗いので女性のみだとタクシー移動が安全でしょう。タクシーは青色のブルータクシーがメーター制なので安全ですが、中にはメーターを作動させずにいきなり交渉してくるドライバーもいるのでご注意ください。乗る前にメーター制？と聞いて乗るべし、です。施設の話に戻りますが、蚊やアリはいます。蚊取り線香、ベープ的なもの、虫よけスプレーはいつでも持ってきてくれますのでご安心を。

宿泊前からスタッフの方とメールで やり取りし アイルバリで快適に過ごせるようにといろいろな手配などもしてもらえてアイルバリに行く前からスタッフの気配りがありました。 アイルバリに到着し スタッフ全員 笑顔が素敵で感じの良い方ばかりでした。 特に日本人スタッフの方の心遣いに感謝しています。

ゆったりするには最適の場所

2回目のバリということもあり、ただただゆっくりしたくてこのヴィラに決めましたが正解でした。プライベートなヴィラ内で食事もプールもでき快適でした。基本的な移動はタクシーで、行きはヴィラのコンプリメンタリーを利用させて頂きましたが、徒歩圏内によいレストランやスパもあり場所的にも文句なしです。クタビーチのほうに行った時、喧騒ですこし疲れてしまったのもあり、この場所で正解でした。スタッフは皆さん素晴らしく、またバリに行く時は泊まりたいです。

ご飯もおいしく、SPAも本当に気持ちよくゆっくり過ごせました。 日本語が話せる方も多く、安心して宿泊できました。 またバリ島に行くときはこちらに泊まりたいと思います。
