"Perfect location. I was able to walk to shops nearby and the church. My room was small by American standards but very well designed and laid out. The Lopi blanket was a nice touch. I wish they sold them at the hotel as one would have come home with me. I read a comment before I arrived that said to ask for the Marina side if you have a balcony room so thank you to that person. My only note is parking is not available. I ended up parking on a side street or the whale watching lot. It was not a big deal and it was free. I had no issues and as a solo traveler felt perfectly safe at night. When I return to Iceland I will stay here again. It was awesome. "

"Room was in a separate building than the main check in lobby so we had to walk an extra 5 minutes in the rain to our room. Other than that, excellent location and amenities. Nice having a small kitchenette and coffee, cereal/milk provided. Close to everything! "

"Bathrooms are very clean and you get privacy in the showers. Rooms are also clean and provide you with what you need. Very nice common space. No parking in the area though - have to park around 10 mins away somewhere. highly recommend overa. "

"Everything was great other than our rental car was missing a front license plate, so we couldn't park in any of the garages. This made parking more difficult for us, but has nothing to do with the hotel."

"Good location and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Tgey allowed us to check in early. The bartender wss very nice and friendly but the check in staff seemed to have an attitude."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very central, walking distance to most shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, and overall it was a very positive experience."
