Très content de notre séjour surtout pour le spa la scéance de massage est à recommander Déçu par la chambre qui était assez exiguë pas au niveau d un 5 étoiles (on se cogne trop souvent la tête...)

Nous avons apprécié les repas du petit déjeuner au dîner en passant par le goûter, tout était parfait . Notre chambre était un peu vieillotte mais propre. Nous avons passé deux nuits. Je regrette qu’il n’y ai pas de vraie tasse pour boire un thé/café dans la chambre mais des gobelets en carton. Au niveau du SPA je le trouve un peu vieillissant, les fontaines à eau étaient souvent vides et dépourvues de gobelet. Il n’y a pas de tisanerie.. Le personnel est à revoir car nous avons assisté à une rixe entre deux serveurs au bar qui n’est vraiment pas digne d’un 5 étoiles... Cela a mis tout le monde mal à l’aise. Une responsable est venue s’excuser pour le désagrément.

Très belle hôtel dans un jolie cadre, néanmoins le prix des chambres n’est pas justifiés , oui Relais et Château, oui restaurant gastronomique, oui chambre luxueuse et confortable mais le prix n’est pas justifiés de plus petit déjeuner servis à partir de 8h et veilleur de nuit à partir de 11h.

Déception d'une adresse qui se dit incontournable

Nous sommes très déçus des prestations qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 5*... Suite au look vieillot, sans terrasse avec un positionnement prix élevé ; Petit déjeuner : espace dédié, choix de l'assortiment, tables, organisation,... Infrastructures & organisation : on sent tout le temps que le but est de faire gonfler la note, cela passe par le bar ! mais... seuls 2 uniques cocktails sont proposés... c'est faible ! SPA ... en avoir fait le tour en moins d'une heure car trop de zones sont privatisées sur supplément... une "piscine" à débordement où il ne faut pas être plus de 2 sinon on est serré... Comme évoqué lors du check-out, le boulevard des leviers d'améliorations est immense !

Très bel endroit romantique et service au top.

Superbe endroit, nous avons fait nos 5 ans de mariage et tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avions la chambre "Les cîmes" qui est la plus haute chambre disponible avec ascenseur privé et jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Le directeur de l'hôtel nous a écrit un petit mot et nous avons également eu une surprise pendant le dîner. Le service était parfait, rien à redire. Le seul bémol serait peut-être nos plats principaux qui étaient un peu fades à nos goûts mais sinon tout était très bien.

Calme et sérénité

Nous avons passé 4 jour dans cet établissement: il est très bien situé pour visiter les villages d'Alsace. Le SPA est remarquable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence d'un buffet salé et sucré dans l'après midi. En revanche, nous avons été très déçus par la qualité du restaurant du soir et n'y sommes pas retournés.

Nice hotel stay w/ spa

Le séjour a été agréable: accueil, pauses gourmandes, repas gastronomique, petit déjeuner, services et attentions dans la chambre Ce qui nous a été moins agréable est le spa, certes bien décoré mais vite encombre dès qu'il y a un PEU de monde et si les zones de détente sont spacieuses, la partie eau( piscines) a été pour nous trop réduite.Dommage

bel hotel en cours de rénovation. SPA super

Accueil super. Chambres propres. SPA agréable et spacieux mais il manque une salle de sport. Buffet en début d'après midi compris dans le prix de la chambre. Bonne table, personnel agréable. Le homard est excellent, la carte des poissons un peu limitée
