"A “get what you pay for” type of spot. No complaints. Staff was solid and helpful. Hotel was under renovations but it was communicated and did not impact the stay. Pool was very warm but small. Good for small kids. Short drive from Hershey Park and many dining options around. "

"We had a bloody hand towel, and I don't mean that how British people would mean that. I mean red human blood on a hand towel. Water pressure was terrible. There was a fire alarm that went off while they were testing the system and they didn't realize the alarm went off on all hotel floors. My wife and I ran down the stairs from the 8th floor and it was business as usual in the lobby. Also, from that stair well the exit to the street was not clearly marked. This is a real safety issue. Other than that, the hotel was actually nice and walkable to several destinations including the Capitol Building. "

"The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put on the floor for him to sleep on."

"Stayed here for one night as a pit stop. We drove 10 hours and my poor son was not feeling well with a bad cough and cold. We got there around 9 pm and no parking lot lights were on so it was dark and hard to see. I went inside to check in and the man at the desk was scrolling his phone and didn’t notice me standing there for at least 3 mins before I asked if he was going to check me in. I reserved a room with 2 beds… he didn’t say anything and gave me my room keys. We go in to find one king bed . I told him what I requested and he said sorry all sold out that’s all I have but the couch pulls out to a bed. The couch pull out is nothing but a thin mattress full of metal , no extra sheets or blankets provided for it so I had to go get that.. awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here myself again. You should get what you paid for and reserved. Bathroom felt dirty too… "
