"It’s an old hotel. The complementary breakfast is decent consisting of eggs (from a bottle ?), some meat, make your our own waffle, yogurts, bagels and coffee. Cleaning only happens if you stay more than 2 nights and per request. They also do not guarantee cleaning on the weekends because they have a lot of checkouts (that’s what they explained when requesting cleaning for a 5 night stay) You feel watched by staff/owner everytime you step out. They have no pool (it’s a hot tub) we did not try...

"This was one of the worst motel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding, holes in the walls with bugs coming out of them, and hair all over the bathtub and floor, and the refrigerator did not work in the room which was a major inconvenience for a breastfeeding mother. It was very clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The entire building smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which made it extremely unpleasant....

"AC and frigde not working, wifi was too slow and poor connectivity. When we asked to change the room, the fronk desk showed no apologies for providing substandard amenities. Breakfast was atrocious with stale bread, muffin and bagels. On night of July 4th there was a power outage due to a thunderstorm. The hotel had no back up inverter. We stayed in sweltering heat without AC for 8 hours till we decided it was unbearable and so we checked out 4 hours earlier than check out time. Not worth...

"I like how clean did the lobby was but the room did smell like humidity and the sheets were dirty, the bathroom didn’t have soap & the napkins were empty, after traveling for 8 hrs we had to wait for clean sheets set like for 20 min. And I was traveling with a infant, I’ve been staying at Fairfield for long time and I can tell this one didn’t represent it. Breakfast was the worse too."

"Very bad musty smell in the room"

"Service was denied check in without paying additional fees that weren’t declared in my booking and the lady treated me terribly apparently because I booked with a third party… the. When on the phone with the booking company she came out and said I could now check in without paying the additional fees… place looks like a poorly maintained low income housing situation we went somewhere else and had a wonderful stay we were sure not to have here."
