Staff were courteous and helpful. A clean pack-n'-play was provided on request. However, fold-out sofa bed was not made. There were too few towels in the bathroom and in the pool area - the overall feel was to put the minimum out until more was needed. This was also true of the continental breakfast. Overall, the location was clean. The one problem I had was that one of the pillows in my room had lipstick stain, so I didnt use it. However the rest of the room was clean. We passed by the pool and the water looked super cloudy so we didnt get in. To get to this location, was a little sketchy as you have to drive into what looks like a driveway and pass two restaurants but there is plenty of parking once you find it.
