Amazing location. It was within walking distance of all the must-see spots. The room was comfortable, and the parking service was great. The staff were overall very warm and helpful, with the exception of the man attending the breakfast service, who could have been more kind.

Great hotel with a few caveats.

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the listing says the rooms are "soundproofed" and they most definitely are not. Also, there is air conditioning but it is controlled by the front desk, so you aren't able to keep the temperature exactly as you'd like it.

Excellent hôtel and outstanding service with a near ideal placement two steps away from the Plaza Mayor. Only drawback is the lack of parking but they offer a Valet service for 17 Euros per day. Other than that a very solid choice and highly recommended hotel.

Good option, very close to the Plaza Mayor. The staff were friendly, the hotel was a bit of a maze. The room was comfortable. We didn't use the spa as it was extra.

My second year staying at La Casa Mudejar. Great Experience, with Great Customer Service. The front desk is super helpful & attentive. The rooms were clean, fresh, & comfortable. The front room with the balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The WiFi can be a little slow but that is my only complaint. 5/5 experience.

Overall it is a charming, beautiful property in an historic building. The breakfast buffet could have been more attentive to juices and beverages on the table (there was no water or juice on the table) and the air conditioning was inadequate. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

It’s an older property so I wouldn’t expect the building to be in perfect condition. It was clean and the beds were comfortable but there was no bathroom ventilation and some area of the walls needed repairs. Also extremely difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Perfect location in heart of beautiful old city.

Location in heart of town is wonderful. The spa is an extra €25 pp and it is unique in that it has old Roman ruin elements in it. It was a self service arrangement where you take yourself from one element to the next (hot showers, colder showers, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc). We asked about doing massages or spa services but they said they didn’t have staff that day so we didn’t try that aspect. Didn’t have time to eat any food at this hotel but there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.
