Brilliantly located, with friendly, helpful staff, well appointed rooms, and access to a panoramic terrace, with substantial breakfast offerings, we were pleased to have chosen this hotel for our visit to Segovia.
This central hotel provided us with an immaculately clean room, comfortable beds, a mini-fridge and a nice size bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop terrace was phenomenal.
Amazing stay, the right location, the service is great, breakfast fantastic. Love the shower and the room is very quiet and nice.

This is a good place to stay, Older, very modest rooms but very clean and fine beds. A decent sized bathroom. The breakfast is typical but good and fresh. The location is ideal and the staff helpful. Recommended.
Beautiful, very clean and comfortable place. Very close to all points of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was close and easy to figure it out. Plenty of eating places around. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent location and nice staff. Be prepared to walk to catch the taxi, since it does not go to the hotel. The hotel is in center of action. Loved the people, food and shopping!
Step back in time to this lovely art deco hotel that was the place to go for the Hollywood stars of the 30s, 40s and 50s. The staff were very helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Wifi did not work on my floor. I complained several time but it never worked. A bit embarrassing since I needed a connection.
We really liked our room which was very roomy and had one of the best bathrooms with twin showers, double sinks and a jetted tub. The location could not be better, short walks to all that we wanted to see in Segovia. The view from the windows (4th floor) was over the town with the Roman aqueduct. There was also a nice deck and library on the roof with 360' views.

Why did we choose this hotel? The four-star website pictures bore no relation to the small, spare room we found. The "suite" addition consisted of a small, ante-room sized chamber with a single chair. No table, no light, that's it. It's inaccessible by car, so there's long, uphill slog to get from the parking garage to the hotel.
Not the hotel’s fault or their ability to address, but on one of the nights we were there it was very noisy outside until past 4 in the morning. I’m a very sound sleeper and it woke me up.
Great location for a hotel in Segovia. Really easy to walk to the castle, the cathedral and the aqueduct. The rooms were nice and clean and had a nice view. It was a bit of a challenge to drive there but the hotel sent us instructions ahead of time that were perfect.
Wonderful location in the old city. Uneven service at reception. Asked for room with a view and was given one looking out on a wall. Terrible and excellent restaurant reservations from 2 different people.Very small room with a loud air conditioner that sounded like running water. Excellent breakfast with a delightful waiter who provided excellent service. Read parking instructions very carefully since you cannot park anywhere near the hotel. You can drive to a temporary parking spot to unload and then they will park your car for a fee.
Dinner at Jose Maria highly recommended. Especially the 21st century salad with avocado cream. Fabulous food and service.
