"man sagte mir das Zimmer wurde 2019 renoviert, aber es platzte die Farbe ab und es wurde die Farben nicht überall ordentlich entfernt und bei dem Fensterbrett fehlten teile und die Fenster waren nicht geputzt , der Spabereich ist zwar schön aber leider klein, im Nacktbereich gibt es nur 6 Innenliegen und 4 Sitz möglichkeiten"

"I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "
