This is a nicely appointed and charming hotel to stay in the heart of Seattle. We were impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the room. It's compact but everything is included in the room. We will definitely return to this location and recommend it to all.
Great stay! Staff was nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the space was clean. Perfect for a one night stay. You're also able to use their keycode lockers after check out which was super helpful.
The only reason I gave 4 stars in the cleanliness area was that old food was left in the mini fridge.
Overally, it was great and I'd stay there again!
Great Euro style centrally located spot! Best for couples since the rooms are quite cozy. You must be able to navigate stairs as there is no elevator. The lounge on the first floor where I met many interesting guests. Staff were very helpful & kind. Highly recommend.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Things were about as convenient and free of stress as it can be when traveling. The location is ideal. On top of that it was the most affordable rate on a room I have ever found in Seattle. I will definitely stay there again in the future when I return to Seattle. Also very quiet at night, no loud disturbances or unruly neighbor guests. Grateful for the wonderful stay. Well done Boylston Hotel team!
Jeremiah was so helpful with check in. Everything was clean and had a wonderful stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Small hotel, but it has everything you need. Perfect for solo travellers and couples. Quiet neighbourhood, but there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Worth the money!
This property was nicely maintained, very clean, and friendly staff.
The only downside was there is no elevator so you will have to carry all of your luggage upstairs.
We took the lite rail from the airport to Capitol hill and arrived around 930 pm. At that time of night near the lite rail we didn't feel safe and quickly got an Uber for the 5 min ride to the hotel.
The hotel neighborhood felt safe but just a couple of blocks over at night it did not.
The bed was very comfortable. It was conveniently located near nice restaurants.
Would stay again but would be more mindful of transport and times of arrival
It’s a very cute property and it’s clean and in a good location. My only issue was that there is no elevator and I was on the 6th floor. They have a dumb waiter for luggage which worked fine on check in. However, I left before the staff was coming in so I had to lock my bag in a cubbyhole the night before on the first floor. Staff was nice about it, but it was very inconvenient.
The property was very clean and smelled nice. No parking but I didn’t have a car so that wasn’t an issue. There is a TON of stuff within walking distance. I appreciated the trash receptacles and water stations in the hallway. My unit was perfect for my 3 night stay. There is no elevator, which was fine for me but something to keep in mind, if you have any mobility issues, try to request a room on a lower floor. There is luggage storage available, and the staff that I passed by in the mornings and evenings were pleasant and greeted me. I would stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality.
Easy to find and get in, the location was perfect. The only complaint is you had to lift the door to get it to lock/ shut properly. Fine for 1 night in Seattle.
clean, modern property that’s close to everything. restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery store, are all within walking distance. no key to enter the building nor your room, it’s all with a code that you are given the day of check-in. although, there is no front desk, there is a person at the front that can help you with check-in or other questions you might have.
there are 2 downsides. the first is that there is no elevator. i don’t mind, but others might. the second is that the rooms are really, really small, including the bathroom. so if you’re a bigger person that might be an issue.
overall, i would consider staying here again.
Room was cute and clean, air conditioner was a bit annoying as it’s a portable floor unit that turns on and off throughout the night with pretty big swings in room temp until I turned it d
The room was pretty clean however I did take off my shoes. I had white socks and I walked around the room and the floor did not seem to be that clean. The staff was actually really helpful. I would call the hotel and they would answer and they walked me through everything it is self check-in, but like I said they walked me through everything. It’s in a very amazing location in Capitol Hill. There was definitely air-conditioning, which is really good and we definitely did some shopping. There was some shopping store around overall the experience was good. I would say for the size. It was a little pricey I would probably have gone with like a chain hotel for that prize just cause the room was a little small and there is no elevator so take that in mind overall it was pretty good.
