The best part of this hotel is all gimmicks.
I called the hotel to add a day to our stay and they told me to book it separately online then inform them when we arrive and they would combine the bookings so we didn’t have to wake up in the morning and check out then check back in. We were able to keep the same room but had to wake up and go down to the lobby. The woman working “front desk” kept having me do everything myself after telling her my situation. After multiple attempts and me showing her the system wasn’t working she finally said “I’ll just check you in myself”. No other hotel, especially when someone’s frustrated, would make their customers do things themselves when the worker could do it themselves, especially given the special circumstances.
It finally worked and I got a new key. Then I go back to my room and the window shade opened on its own, waking up my partner and the iPad for the TV no longer worked. After multiple calls to the front desk and then resetting the TV and IPad I gave up. Then found out the TV remote can only change volume and channel up/down which is painfully slow to load each channel.
When we arrived and there was no clear signs of where to park we ended up in a lot where we needed to move the car in the morning due to a 12 hour maximum. So I had to wake up early (second reason to wake up early so at least I could get both done at once) after staying out late on
