"The staff at the hotel are courteous and helpful. They responded via text right away to our requests. We used the outdoor pool every day during our stay. The pool and the immense outdoor space makes it worthwhile and special."

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
"Restaurant at hotel was overpriced and mediocre at best, although staff were friendly. Hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Door deadbolts broken, one elevator out of service. Horrible scent being piped in—yuck no thanks I hate fragrances. Staff was friendly though."
