"We stayed in osprey point Sandestin which is a 3 room villa. Love the location. Sandestin has a lot of amenities. Despite Osprey point is not a beach front property, it is still accessible thru tram and just 3 mins drive to the beach area. Parking is free. The rooms are clean. The staffs are friendly. The property is well secured as only quest/property owners can enter thru a security checkpoint. I will surely come back to this place and will recommend Sandestin to anyone that needs a relaxing vacation."
"The shower leaked when in use and left water on the floor, there were dirty spots on the balcony and in bathroom but other than that a clean room and nice place to stay for a week. Hot tub was in a separate gate from pool which was nice. They had a little play area for kids. Pool was only 5ft deep so not ideal for taller people wanting to actually swim not just stand around. Great place to stay if wanting to spend all your time on the beach/Pier Park. Almost walking distance for everything we needed. Walmart close, pier park 3 min drive, and TopGolf 10 min walk. Overall nice hotel."
"The hotel overall was good. I traveled with my husband and our 15- and 10-year-old children, and we had a pleasant stay.
The valet staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the valet service is also quite expensive at around $80 per day.
The ladies who took care of our room were VERY very kind and attentive as well.
The restaurant staff were REALLY wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the food itself was just okay. It wasn’t bad, but for a hotel of this level, we expected better quality.
The most disappointing part of our experience was the beach chair service. We found the chairs to be quite old and honestly very uncomfortable. The cost is around $80 with taxes for the day, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which felt too expensive for the quality and comfort provided.
Unfortunately, the young attendants working at the beach were also far from friendly or helpful. What bothered us the most was the way the seating was assigned. Instead of allowing guests to choose from the available chairs, they seemed to decide where they wanted to place you, regardless of where you preferred to sit. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily unpleasant."
