"When I got to room, the key did not work. When I finally got in my room, there were no lightbulbs in the lamps and the blinds were damaged, allowing anyone to see inside my room. There was also no remote for the tv and upon asking for anther one they proceeded to give me one that didn’t work. Maintenance was nice and fixed all of my issues."

"Absolutely beautiful resort. Would go again on a couples trip or with my kids. It had a private beach so it didn’t seem crowded and there was a lot of amenities to relax and enjoy. Perfect vacation. We even had a massage at their spa which was a perfect way to end our mini vacation. "

"The view was perfect! Unfortunately our flight was cancelled on the way there, so we missed our first night. When I called to see if we could get a refund for that night, they said no because I booked thru hotels.com, and NOT the hotel directly! So we paid a full night along with all the fees for that night which was ridiculous!! Also she said if I wouldn’t have called and just not shown up on that first night, they would have given our room away even tho I paid for the 5 nights in advance! Also it took 6x going to the front desk before they could get a key to work in our door. After that it was smooth and nice."
