The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a few blocks to the beach, so within walking distance, and close to our favorite Mexican Restaurant and a deli. Cable tv was better than most motels, but Internet was weak. Good for the price....we will stay there again .

There’s not a lot of great motels/hotels in Seaside. I was looking for a good place for my parents after reading some reviews on the Sea palace I booked it for them. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and Ac was great for 100 degree days. And the location is great and within walking distance to boardwalk and everything else. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great Mother/Daughter Get Away

We had a great stay. The ac worked great, the refrigerator kept everything nice and cold. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Wi-fi worked well. It was a great stay.

The staff was super nice, especially the guy with the earrings and blue beanie. Check-in was very fast, staff was incredibly accommodating and patient. The room itself was big, very clean, smelt nice and the shower was great. Good pressure, had 2-in-one shampoo/conditioner and body wash, and lots of space to put your own products as it is a tub/shower. VERY bright lights around the sink area (great for doing makeup and lights the whole room), less bright lights in the bed area. Free parking is included and very very close to the shore/boardwalk. Overall I was VERY. pleasantly surprised and really recommend this place.

Room clean but Coverlets need updating, the bones of the bathroom and bedroom were good. Bath floor had wow, marble tiles, room tile floor good. Old palm wall paper appropriate for beach town, but cover/bedspreads do not match wall borders, this is a very easy fix with new coverlets in sage green or just plain tan. Where the bath wall meets the marble tile needs a regrouting with white grout b/c the dark grout makes it look dirty. But bath and shower were very clean. Wall art should be repositioned to match furniture layout. Large desk was good. The freezer on fridge was great. Later check out for noon would be better accommodation for beach goers on a barrier island town with variable weather and needing to visit beach early am then shower. They accommodated a check out at 11 am BUT 10 am checking out is pushing beach town visitors OUT WAY too EARLY. Change check out times please. Lady at desk check in was nice on Sat nite. Pool keep OPEN until October in every beach town/inn for prices in beach town stays must be done. If cannot keep POOL open then both Inn and motel should have a jacuzzi tub open maybe 2 for the INN. Take out third floor room Or two and designate spa room yearound, would continue a profit draw and allow further booking income for improvements. Overall fair but you can tell whoever owned it before wanted a bit more quality in the bathroom floor. A few fixes and stay could be a preferred beach stay in the Heights for middle to middle high income stayers.

Room was clean, shower was hot and had decent pressure, close to the beach, front desk was friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy here. It's a decent hotel that's close to the boardwalk and beach. I'd stay here again.

The staff at the Sea Palace Inn was very accommodating when I needed a later check out and a new key. Our room was clean and quiet. JD and Cameron were professional and attentive to my questions and considerate to my requests. The convenience to the boardwalk was excellent for just parking our car 1 time.

I would stay here again. Property is clean, comfy beds, convenient, very close to boardwalk, working air conditioning, hot water, working TV. The only suggestion is elevator may need maintenance it makes weird and scary sounds however it works properly.
