"The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The experiences on sight i.e., Broadway waiters and curated jewelry were an added surprise."
"Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed! No coffee in room but there is an attached Starbucks by the lobby. There are a lot of good breakfast spots nearby."
"Location was good . Staff had attitude . Definitely didn’t feel welcomed . Also , if you get there early and want to leave your bags to walk around until check in time it’s $5 per bag : I paid for a room with city view and got a side of a building view . When I asked about it they said they gave me an upgrade . Which was basically a couch . They didn’t even explain it to me when I checked in . There was dirty q tips in the living room . The rooms are outdated . Over all not a very comfortable stay but good location . "
