"The rooms are very small it is retrofitted from an old mill or factory feels a bit claustrophobic , the heater air conditioning is a split unit that can only be controlled by a wall thermostat and it does not provide accurate real room temperature readings , other than that the restaurant seems to be nice and having a little gym with a treadmill weigh training is a plus "

"We stayed there after our friends wedding. My husband and I have not been away without the kids for 15years. All we wanted to do was to go to the hotel and crawl into our Kingsize bed and and the amazing sleep of a lifetime. We both had been looking forward to this for months (technically 15years). When we got there the hotel was under construction and they said they didn’t have a Kings Size Bed as we had booked it for. So Frustrating. We woke up and there were three K Cups. Two Decafs and one regular. To get to the elevators we had to pass by construction of rooms that were going through demolition. Which, to be honest the king size bed that we booked -not being available to us was REALLY what bothered us more."

"The room was fine, but the staff was not. Our toilet broke at night, and there was no onsite staff to fix it. They promised to fix it first thing in the morning. We were gone the entire day and nothing was fixed. The office stated it was open until 9pm but at 8:30pm it was closed. I called and was told - sorry I forgot. The rest of the staff was no better. "
