Personale disponibile è molto gentile e simpatico. L’hotel ha una parte totalmente ristrutturata con spa, piscina, e parco giochi per i bimbi (che potrebbero essere gestite meglio), mentre le camere oltre ad essere datate, non sono mantenute bene( fate la doccia ad orari strani se volete l’acqua calda, arredi consumati( basterebbe una grattata e dell’impregnante per renderli più vivi,.....)

Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Essen ist ok, aber für Südtiroler Verhältnisse eher unterdurchschnittlich. Servicepersonal ist gut bis sehr gut.

due stelle sono già troppe
Da come viene presentato è quasi una spa ma non lo è affatto. Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. Si salverebbe solo la cucina ma purtroppo viene servita in una sala da giochi x bambini, in un caos totale in cui non riesci a parlare neanche con chi hai di fronte. Nessuno che ti segue come dovrebbe un 4 * ,addirittura il giorno del check out ho dovuto aspettare che aprisse con calma la portineria come se stessi un b/b ma x quello che paghi.....

peccato perché il potenziale c'è ma non è sfruttato.
