Angenehmer Aufenthalt in familiärer Atmosphäre

Wir wurden bei der Anreise herzlich empfangen und der Check In ging schnell. Wir hatten ein Budget Zimmer und somit die Ausrichtung zur Straße. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Das Fenster konnte man zum schlafen erst sehr spät öffnen, da es sonst zu laut gewesen wäre. Das Bett war bequem und für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Im Badezimmer/ Zimmer wären ein paar zusätzliche Kleiderhaken nicht schlecht, da man die Skikleidung nach der Piste nicht gleich in den Schrank hängen möchte. Wir hatten Ü/F gebucht. Am ersten Abend nahmen wir am Menu der Halbpension teil. Das Essen war sehr gut - Lob an die Küche! Am nächsten Abend wollten wir trotzdem außerhalb Essen, um auch vom Ort noch etwas zu sehen. Leider konnten wir so an keinem weiteren Abend im Hotel essen - entweder an jedem Abend oder an keinem. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass es ausreicht am morgen beim Frühstück Bescheid zu geben, ob man am Abend im Hotel essen möchte. Der Saunabereich ist sehr schön und perfekt für die Entspannung und zum Aufwärmen nach dem Skitag. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Handtücher könnten ein bisschen länger sein, damit man sich hinlegen kann. Aber mit zwei Handtüchern ist auch das kein Problem. Frühstück gab es ab 07:45 Uhr. Uns wäre es eher lieber gewesen, da wir so den Skipass nicht komplett nutzen konnten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut, insbesondere die leckeren Vollkornsemmeln und das Brot. Der Kaffee schmeckte leider nicht so gut. Ansonsten alles gut!

Hotel accogliente e confortevole.

Camera piccola ma confortevole. La nota negativa è il personale poco simpatico e poco gentile. Per il resto buon punto di partenza per delle belle escursioni. Ottimo ristorante e ottima colazione.

Service unakzeptabel, nur Bus-Gäste willkommen

Kein Essen ala carte möglich. Nur große Menue auf Vorbestellung morgens zur Auswahl. Wer möchte schon jeden Abend ein drei Gänge Menü. Die Mutter beim Frühstück führt immer noch das Regiment. Morgens werden nur Bus-Gäste freundlich begrüßt und nach wünschen gefragt , die Frau hat wohl was gegen Biker, wenn man nicht selber tätig wird geht gar nichts. Was aber gar nicht geht, das man nach einer langen Anreise zum Nachbarn zum Essen geschickt wird. Das geht beim besten Willen nicht!

The hotel is well located and very clean all over. The dinner was really fine and the personnel very nice. The room is clean just only the bathroom is a bit little but have the things you need. Generally it was a nice stay.

Guter Standort für Dolomitenreisen

Das Hotel war zum Buchungszeitpunkt saisonal schon geschlossen . Das Portal hätte das Hotel gar nicht mehr listen dürfen. Dennoch machte man eine Ausnahme und nahm unsere Buchung an. Man kommunizierte umgehend mit uns um zu klären, welche Leistungen (z.B. Abendessen) wir benötigten und half uns sogar noch bei der exterrnen Reservierung eines empfohlenen Restaurants.
