Un gioiello nella Valle

Attenzione al cliente elevata. Stanza grande e pulita. Colazione, spuntino e cena sempre ai massimi livelli. SPA grande con diverse saune e piscina riscaldata. Forse il personale dovrebbe spiegare di più le caratteristiche della stanza perchè è molto tecnologica. Per il resto tutto impeccabile.

Winter-Entspannung PUR...

Tolle Entspannung in malerischem Ambiente - schöner Wellness-Bereich (Sauna, Außen-Whirlpool) und intensive Massage.Anwendungen. Gehobene Weinkarte von Südtiroler Winzern, dazupassend für das nett angerichtete Abendessen - jeden Tag neu genießen. Lediglich die Intensität der Gewürze war sehr mild abgestimmt; wahrscheinlich um jeden Geschmack zu treffen. Uns wurde ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers angeboten, was wir gerne angenommen haben. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend (2x täglich Zimmerreinigung!) und am Abend wird selbstverständlich das Bett aufgedeckt und das Zimmer abgedunkelt. Die Cocktails am Abend vor dem Kamin sind ebenso nicht zu verachten und ordnen sich preismäßig dem gehobenen Ambiente unter. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Winter (Skifahren, Langlaufen, Tourengehen, Pferdeschlitten, Rodeln, Winterwandern, etc.) in der näheren Umgebung - es wird einem nicht langweilig! Rundum gesagt: Ein erwarteter - der Hotelkategorie entsprechender - Kurzurlaub, der jedem gefallen wird, der etwas Besonderes in entspannter, ruhiger Umgebung sucht.

Das BESTE Hotel im Ahrnthal

Das Alpenpalace ist für uns ganz einfach gesagt ein super Hotel von A - Z. Die Freundlichkeit des gesammten Personals ist sehr schwer zu toppen und viele Hotels könnten hier einiges lernen bezüglich Gastfreundschaft. Unsere Suite war seh geräumig und hatte alles was wir uns wünschten, ruhig, geräumig, schnelles Internet, Badeartikel und Kaffee/Tee Service und vieles mehr. Das Restaurant bat ein sehr reichhaltiges FrüstücksBuffet und es wurden auch Würstel, Omletten und andere Warme Speisen Frisch zubereitet! Das Abendessen in unserem Fall war im Angebot mit drin und es hat neben dem Salatbuffet, Käsebuffet, Kaltspeisenbuffet und Dessertbuffet, immer noch eine, Vorspeise, Hauptspeise (nach Wahl) dabei um das ganze abzurunden. Somit hatte man die wahl bis ab zu Sieben Gängen und kann sehr lange Schlemmen. Auch beeindruckend ist die Weinkarte welche sich sehen lassen kann. Neben vielen sehr guten einheimischen Weinen gab es ein sehr gut ausgewähltes Angebot an internationalen Weinen. Das Hotel bietet sehr viel Raum und Platz wo man sich entspannen kann. Die Runde Bar in mitten des hotels ist echt cool und ladet zum verweilen ein. Das Absolute highlight ist sicherlich das Wellness Angebot welches wir jedoch nicht besucht haben da es für uns sehr viel den ganzen Tag ausserhalb zu unternehmen gab(können wir daher nicht detailliert bewerten).

A week relax at AlpenPalace

The hotel is placed in a very good position in Valle Aurina, quite close to beautiful sky and promenade areas. Public transportation is very efficient. The hotel has very comfortable rooms and common spaces, with a beautiful garden, outdoor pool and indoor SPA facilities. The food is excellent, very taste and beautifully presented.

Amazing Alpen Palace

Everything was fantastic. The location, the Hotel, the staff, everything was really great. 5 star hotel with 5 star service. Beautiful rooms, amazing spa area with outdoor hot tub and pool, indoor pool with fabulous separate salt spa. Sauna, multiple steam baths. Food was truly spectacular, the chef Andreas and his team are very capable. Great choice of wines. Our waiter - Alex was knowledgable, helpful and offered just the right amount of involvement to our eveing dinner. After our daily Skiing, the afternoon tea of local cakes and preserves were amazing. A Great place, with great people, do not hesitate for 1 minute. Its a great hotel and lovely skiing area away from the bigger resorts. Thank you Colin for making our stay a really great one!
