Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis District Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Me and my family went to Switzerland for a fun planned trip we found a listing near the Zurich HB station for check in we had at 3pm we got there around 3:15pm we looked at the main desk we saw that it said go to the back door while there was a whole check in desk at the front fully empty at the back we had to wait around 45 minutes for the owner to come around to check me and my family in and not just that we entered the building to see that our room still wasn’t ready after an hour and 45 minutes of waiting they finally finished cleaning, we entered the room to see still a couple trash pieces on the ground and to find out the listing didn’t have AC even though it mentioned having AC instead they give us a broken down taped fan as a replacement and at the end to end it off they only provide one bathroom to share to other hotel customers with 65 Swiss francs for room service that was horrible very bad experience with heat during the night only having a useless broken down fan very bad hotel and the worst experience nobody should ever have to stay here and have to feel this pain.

Es céntrico a pocos minutos de la estación de trenes el personal muy atento y la chica de recepción muy amable y ayuda en todos hay café y té 24 horas la habitación es algo pequeña pero para pocos días resuelve no tiene aire acondicionado pero se pueden abrir las ventanas y la noche es fresca el desayuno tiene huevo hervido pero no otras variantes como frito o omelet pero en general no está mal hay pudiera ser mas variado

Horrible experience. Extremely crazy expensive for what you get. first of all, what they have is not considered an AC,it is mobile units that need you to have the windows open all the time to extend an exhaust hose from it. It is also extremely noisy and weak. The hotel has no entrance or lobby area whatsoever. Regular room has no safe or even a mini fridge. This hotel is not recommended.
