"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack. The hotel was also a little weird in that the hall lights on the different floors went off overnight. We had to get up early to catch a train and...

"This mountaintop venue above the clouds is extraordinary. The only way to arrive here is through the cog-rail train or the gondola. The crowds without hotel reservations are there only during the day but leave on the last trip down around 5:30 so the mornings and evenings are quiet. Hiking trails abound. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are basic but clean and with everything you need. "
