Our room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast staff were awesome. The breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was cute and quaint. We loved our entire stay here. It was a good jumping off point for our excursions. There might be slightly better locations, but this was perfect for us.

Absolutely loved this hotel, check in was super easy as is all automatic and we arrived late. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice and beautifully laid out. Everywhere was clean and there were lots of little touches to make the stay the best, a free tea and coffee station, fridge for guest use, books, picnic blankets, dog bowls and children's games all for borrowing, plus you could borrow an adaptor for your whole stay. Best hotel ever! Restaurant next door (was shut Sun & Mon), train station directly opposite but was very quiet. Only bit of advice, keep windows shut at night as church bells chime from 6am for 4 mins!!!! We didn't hear them at all though. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean. Self check in and out are easy. Nice location and friendly staffs. Have very good 3 nights there. Just close to cattle farm，smell bad, unable to open windows at night. Otherwise, everything is good. Reasonable price for driving or non driving traveller.

Good location, just few steps from the train station and near restaurants and shops in the area. The room was spacious, spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. I especially enjoyed the concept of self check in and the self service stalls on every level. I recommend the hotel, would go back any time.

Beautifully renovated and modern room, conveniently located near the station. Enjoy stunning balcony views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wonderful variety with a cozy, farmhouse atmosphere. The food is delicious, the coffee selection excellent, and while check-in is self-service, the team on-site is warm and attentive throughout your stay. Loved our stay, would definitely comeback.

What a great place! Lungern is a nice, quiet town with a beautiful lake. Emma’s B&B is up on the hillside by the train station. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant and had a range of options. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this stay! The room was very clean and the view we had on the 4th floor was really nice! They put a fan in the room so that it would cool us down a bit. The breakfast was nice as well, and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The hotel is right by the train station so that was very convenient. Overall, very nice place. Thank you!
