"Everything was perfect. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and extra bedcovers. The room was spacious. Great amount of towels. I truly enjoyed my stay. Nice and quiet! There was also a kitchenette. Well planned!"

"Room was ok but the bathroom was very smelly, damp and musty. The 2nd day of our stay, we were short of 1 set of towel and the next day our room was not cleaned at all. The beds and bathroom were as we left them in the morning and trash was not picked up. We ran out of shower gel on the last day. I complained at the desk since manager was not there and asked the lady to make sure the manager is made aware."

"We had a very good experience at the Homewood Suites property in Pittsburgh. The property is in the Strip District, which offers a lot in the way of restaurants and shopping. We usually walk to most activities. We normally stay closer to Market Square. This hotel was a little further from the places we normally go, so be aware of the location. The floors were sticky, our TV was broken, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, the waitress didn't show up for breakfast so all that was offered when paying for breakfast was muffins, luckily Dee was amazing and she made things right with us.
